Radish Salad Recipe

Ingredients

  • Two radishes
  • One green chili
  • Coriander
  • Two tablespoon curd
  • Salt to taste
  • ½ tablespoon sugar
  • Two tablespoon sunflower oil
  • ½ tablespoon mustard seeds
  • ½ tablespoon split Urad dal
  • 4-5 curry leaves

Procedure

  1. Firstly peel the radishes and grate them then, pour into a bowl.
  2. Finely chop one green chili and add it to the mixture.
  3. Chop your coriander into small bits and add it to the bowl mixture
  4. Add salt to taste, ½ tablespoon of sugar, and two tablespoons of curd into the mixture.
  5. Then Place your pot on the fire and add two tablespoons of sunflower oil when it has heated.
  6. Add ½ tablespoon of mustard seeds.
  7. Then add ½ tablespoon split peeled urad dal (black gram)
  8. Add five curry leaves, pour it into the pot, and stir it all together.
  9. Remove from the pan and pour into the mixture in the bowl and mix.

Ingredients

  • Two grated radish
  • Roasted cumin seed powder
  • Red chili powder
  • Two Lemon juice
  • Salt
  • 2-3 green chili chopped

Procedure  

  1. Grate the radishes and after lightly pressed by hand to remove excess juice then pour into a bowl
  2. Add salt into it
  3. Then pour two teaspoons of cumin seed powder into the mixture
  4. Add one teaspoon of red chili powder
  5. Add your finely chopped green chili and lemon juice into the mixture
  6. Mix well with your spoon and dish it out! Your grated radish salad is ready. Sounds simple right? Go ahead and try it.
