Ingredients
- 2 hand full of radish
- 1 ounce of hard cheese (finely chopped)
- 1 ounce of nuts (any kind of nuts; pistachios, almonds, walnut and pine nuts)
- 1 garlic clove (grounded)
- Lemon zest
- 3 tablespoons of Olive oil
- Salt
- Chili pepper
Directions on How to Prepare Radish Leaf Pesto
- Remove all the leaves from the stem of the plant and wash the leaves properly. After that, add the leaves, the cheese, and the nuts to the food processor and blend until smooth.
- Add oil, lemon zest, garlic, and the spices to the grounded mixture. Blend again until it’s smooth.
- Taste it to be sure the taste is up to par. If it is not, add salt and pepper to your taste.
- You can preserve this by putting it in a container and placing it in the refrigerator until ready for use.
